Native app launcher for macOS

Vector launches apps and handles quick arithmetic from one native panel.

Vector opens from a global shortcut, menu bar item, or app menu; searches configured app folders and direct app bundles; learns from the apps you choose; and copies basic arithmetic results without pulling you out of the launcher.

Finder / 1 + 1
What it does

A focused utility for launching, calculating, and tuning the panel.

Launch without context switching

Open the focused search panel with Command-Option-Space, the menu bar item, or the app menu, then press Return to launch.

Search the apps you choose

Index recursive folders and direct .app bundles, rescan when needed, and let source order break close ranking ties.

Results that adapt

Exact, prefix, substring, fuzzy, and path matches are ranked with launch history so the apps you pick become easier to reach.

Quick arithmetic in the launcher

Type basic arithmetic with parentheses and decimal points, copy results with Return, or use Tab and Shift-Tab to replace and restore.

Make it feel native

Settings cover shortcut recording, panel placement, theme and accent, interface size, menu bar and Dock visibility, launch at login, and sources.
