Suit Glass Labs is led by Taylor Glaeser, an engineer with more than 15 years of software experience and more than 10 years of hardware experience. The work spans software architecture, backend systems, local tools, embedded software, CAD, ECAD, and the decisions that connect prototypes, products, and production systems.

The company was founded in 2024 to give teams a practical consulting partner for work that does not fit neatly into one discipline. Suit Glass Labs can help with architecture, planning, design, implementation, delivery, and ongoing support across focused engagements or larger product efforts.

For hardware and product programs, Suit Glass Labs brings coordination experience across hardware design, prototype manufacturing, testing, production run planning, QC, packaging, and distribution support when needed. The goal is to help teams connect the full process with the right partners, vendors, and technical controls rather than claim every step must happen in-house.
